Formally registered business entity (company, LLP, or equivalent).
Within 10 years of registration
Startup age calculated from the date of commencement or registration.
Fewer than 50 global employees
Including full-time, part-time, and co-founders.
Total funding under $250,000 USD
Or equivalent in your local currency.
Annual revenue under $100,000 USD
Or equivalent. Pre-revenue startups are welcome.
